of the quality of a business is how they perform under pressure, i.e. when a product they've sold doesn't work properly. And Jack of Happy Vaper is the absolute best! He didn't need to help out (warranty expired on my PCC) but he did, and did so willingly.

I honestly believe there is NO other vendor that would go to the lengths to both satisfy or help a customer as Jack does.

I also sure wish I had a 1/3 of his personal memory capabilities, lol !!
