Norman is your atty connector centre wobbly or is the atty wobbling ? If its the atty likely the atty threads are slightly stripped. I strip them All the time when I drop my Reo and it lands atty side down

Nut sure, but think either one be fine. I think if you were selling it to someone then customs may have a surcharge or something. What appears to be a gift or repairs would nut fall under this category. Just don't send a whole horde of them at the same time
I don't think the threads are striped, actually feels better than my grand. I think the mod center post is wobbly. The rba and smoketech got the same play to it. Now thinking, something wrong with the rba because the smoktech keeps on trucking and touching the well shouldn't matter
