here in new york you can't blink without hitting a toll booth....and the roads and bridges are in desperate need of repair...
We have a cpl here they actually scan your plate and send you a bill people have come up with all kinds of ways to block there plates. One of the better ones I remember was a guy had a hinge on his plate with fishing line just pulled it up in the scan area. Big fines for getting caught though.
I know we pay a lot of gas tax, prolly how the govt gets their money. Guess they figure its cheaper that way and can collect from peeps buying gas for their lawn mowers and boats
Yeah, Korea must have the same system, because my brother in law would never cheat.....there I wouldn't count on just a fine. Bribery is usually how they deal with govt officials/police

Yeah its subtitled, so nut recommend to folks who don't like that. Me, I'm used to it from before I could read my dad use to take us to samurai films. kids under 5 were free and snacks cheap. 5 cents for a candy bar or drink. Last night a bag of popcorn (xl) and 1 drink (xl) was about $15
getting hungry here....thinking of going to south beach tonight.....all by myself.....quite a few" older crowd" clubs...might be fun...just don't wanna drive..
