I need a voltage indicator meter, safety fuse, and other odds 'n ends. Before I look, where did you folks get your voltage meter? Spent the last hour cleaning my 3 provari's with q-tips & 99% iso, first time in 8 months. Guess I should break out the noalax norman sent me but I just don't feel like it. So I'm holding a beer instead. I still can't find joy in cleaning rigs. With all this stuff spread out on the table I'm getting looks, as if I'm assembling a bomb or gun.

BTW.... Dangerous substances. ...... Just wanted to add..... I/we have extensive training in bio/physical chemistry and medical training and experience in neurological and physical affects and treatment, etc., etc. Broad spectrum...... and years of. Nicotine is a poison, period, especially in concentration. So is H20, one of the most abundant substances on earth but responsible for tens of, even hundreds of thousands of deaths around the world yearly. I'm not advocating paranoia rather educating oneself about handling it safely.

Thanks Lisa, will this work with my reos Meters : 510 Voltage Indicator Rev 2 because it says may not work with linear, pulsing or switching regulators. And I don't know what that means.

looks like it sold out, same with the same one from avid

That one will work. Reos don't have pulsing or switching regulators. And the connector set up will allow it to fit within the catch cup. There is another one that has the connector right on the bottom of the display box and it doesn't fit on the Reos. There is a notify me button there on the page, but an email to Randy would be a good idea to see when they will be available. Use the Contact Us tab. :)

Sounds fab Jen. Organic calf liver, barely cooked to perfection, caramelized Valdia onions, finely chopped veggies stirfried with pre-cooked long grain white rice using olive oil. Small portions so DH is not too stuffed to pack for long drive 0600, to new work destination and overnight stay and long day then long drive home. He's taking food to keep gluten free.

Love and hugs, Feisty Alice

hey Pat do you want one of my battery meters i call the doohicky ?

Thanks Scott but I've been using my 'vari's to check my batteries. What I'm looking for is to measure my vvg 'n vvw so I can mark the buzz-pro knob so I know how much voltage I'm rocking. I like the name for your battery meter, keep it - it works

:)

Only five bucks, what's the catch? Oh yeah, I need to know what the hell all that stuff means on the front. Where do you stick the pins? I was hoping I could use someing you see in phil busardo videos. Pietro, I'm dumb to that stuff. But I can learn.

Also, earlier when you were helping Kay with her woody, you suggested screwing or pushing the center pin or contact pin up. Stupid question but, do you have to remove the tube connected to it first (that runs into the bottle first) before moving it up?

Its true...I was hospitalized when I was 18 for "water intoxication." I'm already hypoglycemic (didn't know it at the time) and went through a bout of drinking water in large amounts. I ended up in a drunken state at work, words slurring, couldn't see or keep my balance. They sent me to the hospital and the increased water had exasperated my situation to dangerous levels. I was shocked when the doctor came in giggling to inform me that I was suffering from "water intoxication." Since then nearly no one believes me that it is a real condition. I still drink a lot of water, but I pay attention to the quantity and make sure I have plenty of food to compensate.

no catch it works fine and is super simple I only use 2 settings ohm and volts

no need to take the tube off i just push it up with a finger cuz not all attys are the same and after using 1 thats a little too long the connector gets pushed down too far and then won't make contact with a different atty

time for bed good night Reo peeps:)

Evening everyone. Julie and I finally got around to taking a REO family photo. Posted this in the family thread but not everyone gets out of 'the house' here and there were a few loungers who had asked to see it when we made one.

Thanks for sharing! Quite the beautiful family you have there. Some metal colors I have never seen! The green and the pale yellow. Were those special orders?
