boy...you sure know how to fix a plate, Jen!

I met a commercial food photographer at Macroni Grill the other night. Most people never even think about photographing food....... It is an art of its own; one of the most difficult to pull off. Of course we know Jen is a chef but that doesn't mean she has special skills to photograph foods....... But she's a natural talent at both so her regular dinner (and other subjects) look like pro shots.

Lov'n that she's eating from her very own garden.

BTW..... Rattlesnake is one of the more tasty meats. Better than fish and chicken...... sweet and tender...... no fishy or muddy taste like alligator or many fish and not gamey at all like so many wild animals can be.. one of my favorite wild "game" meats.

Hugs, Feisty Alice

For a sweet tooth fix I throw one banana and two eggs into the blender and blend. Heat up a nonstick skillet and lightly spray with Pam. Pour batter into skillet and cook just like a pancake. Top with a little almond butter, peanut butter, fresh berries or honey. 2 servings and a bite for the poodles.

And I'm really leaving this time! Goodnight!

OMdoG!!!! Gotta do this one!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Becky.

We learned about Tramadol from our Vet when he prescribed it for our Rottie for benign but painful nasal and sinus tumor. It doesn't make me spacy at all. Everyone reacts differently to medications. Sometimes it makes me sleepy but just as often it doesn't. Max dosage I've taken is 20 mg. I rarely take any opiates. Tramadol is my favorite for moderately severe pain.

HB Becky.jpg HAPPY BIRTHDAY BECKY!!!!!

Wishing you the very best on your birthday and every day to come. You are a true reonice person Becky and its been an honor knowing you :)

Thank you peeps of Los Angeles and UCLA, we had a great few days there, meeting lots of nice folks while attending DS graduation, ate lots of good food and had fun trying to navigate the streets since my boy only been driving there a couple of weeks. Its a very fast paced city with lots to see, so very different compared to Hawaii. Pain levels got to be worse so had to take more pain meds which made me very tired and slept way too much....glad to have some though :) Had some Kim Chee fried rice omelet today which was the bomb over at the Gallaria in K-town. Actually between the 4 of us we bought foods from 3 different vendors there and all were surprisingly delicious. Can't wait to get back there to try more eats. ;)

Haven't the chance to catch up yet......so tired at the moment, think I'm having some jet lag so maybe tomorrow in between "new house" things I gotta get done.

I missed all of you........good night :)

Oh, Nutz, those kind words go double for you, my friend; as I said a couple days ago, it was your invitation, on top of the wonderful reception from everyone in the non-sticky threads, that brought me to this great community in the first place. I do hope you come back to L.A. soon for that hug I still owe you! Yeah, that three hour difference is plenty to give you that jet lag. I hope plenty of sleep does the trick to get you feeling better quick; looking forward to hearing more about your trip!

Good Morning Reo-fam! Here's wishing a superb and pain manageable day for all the Reo-family! I pushed back my early job for a couple hours so I can just sit here and enjoy a tall mug o' Joe and vape myself silly for a bit. Amazing how the little things seem so enjoyable sometimes. Wrenched my back for the first time ever and it was a wake up call. I do a full stretch several times a day and always have, or I might have blown out some discs getting a plate compactor on the back of my truck. Foolish. I always have a Schiek back belt handy for heavy lifting but when I quit smoking I gained 20 lbs and it wont fit lol. I just recieved my new and slightly larger Schiek belt and I will certainly use it for any questionable lifts from now on.

Happy Birthday Gil! Have an awesome day buddy. :bday:

Good morning, REOvil! Hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday!

Sorry to hear you wrenched your back, Ed. :( Wear your belt, always when lifting! Wish I would have worn belts and listened to my Mom when she constantly said "lift with your legs, not with your back!"

I hear raindrops on the tin roof. Sounds like I need to go back to bed. :)

I have several pm's to catch up on, but I think it will have to happen later. Maybe even tomorrow. All the snake commotion has me a little drained this morning.

Crazy Canuck....Cloud Atlas is even worse the second time. My expectations for that movie were way too high. On the bright side, my expectations for Troy were very low but I enjoyed it greatly!

Morning reoville!

I'm off to the Dr.'s to get some strong meds for this mold infection....I have too much to do in the next couple of weeks to be sick. Hopefully when i'm in my new place this'll all clear up.
Val and Becky, long ago a Dr. prescribed Fentanil patches for my back, they kept coming off( I'd told him I didn't want heavy drugs )
I wound up in the hospital with bad withdrawals. This Dr. had lied to me about how potent these patches were, so I had no idea I was suffering withdrawal.
I know the both of you are responsible women especially when it comes to drugs and my heart goes out to you and Jeni and Jen and anyone who suffers excruciating pain.
By the way, a few years after I retired on disability my new Dr. told me that the deteriorating discs had fused together on their own and the herniated ones were "gone"!I guess that's why I'm now a few inches shorter:laugh:

Sent while Hyper Vapin a Trippy tipped Reo

Morning my sweet~P~!

In case the newer Reonauts don't know this, I had the extreme pleasure of having Pietro's company for a whole afternoon last summer!
Ladies, he's even handsomer in person! And a charming gentleman! And he got me started on RBA's by showing me how to roll coils on an Era.

Good morning to all!

Happy Birthday Gil and belated birthday wishes for Becky!

Healing wishes and hugs for those with back problems and other medical issues going on.

I'm heading out a little later this morning, with my granddaughter, to Sacramento, CA to attend a church-related business conference for 5 days. I'm putting together a little travel sights checklist and map to hopefully keep my granddaughter interested and occupied during the drive. (It's only 2 or 3 hours - we're taking the scenic version up through the delta - but anything longer than 20 minutes is a long drive in her mind).

Hope everyone's day goes well :)

unsure: Happy birthday brother! Any plans to celebrate or are you keeping it on the down low like me? It's all downhill after 21 anyways, ya start losing hair in places you had it and growing it in places you didn't

Della: We want updates on your backyard bunnies! We had a tribe of wild bunnies who chilled in the yard back when I actually had one. Sometimes small things like feeding wild bunnies 'n birds were enough to change a bad day into a good one.

pmoraldo: Good morning young man. I hope you have a better Tuesday than me, just the word Tuesday bums me out, especially when I wake up thinking it's a Thursday.

boilednuts: Get some rest, traveling drains your batteries, when you come back we want details my purple pal.

mwdenko: I'm going to the PO to raise some hell today, I never had them lose a package before. I wondering if I should switch to UPS/DHL/fedex for vaping stuff. I went with usps because everyone else seems to use 'em.

Sterno: Did you find any quality brass drip tips yet? If I find some I'll contact you, my brother!

kaypers: Did you get the big screen TV setup yet? I have some movie recommendations later if you're ever looking to kill some time.

harley05: I forget, what do you like to vape with your soup bowl sized coffee cup in the morning? Me likey BB here but I think everyone knew that.
