After all the talk of gluten yesterday, I made a batch of lemon tea cakes dough. Going to have salad and salmon for dinner and then splurge later on with hot out of the oven tea cakes.

You're more than welcome to show up at my door. We could go for a nice relaxing walk on the boardwalk -- the Bennies (oops, I mean the tourists) are gone.
Where is she in NJ? We could smell the fire -- Seaside is about 50 minutes south of me.
This is the first time I've baked anything since before Christmas. I didn't even have flour or sugar in the house. I've lost 35 pounds and decided it was time for a little treat.
Plus, I'm going to go walk my second mile of the day right now.

mattrhdr- I use regular 100% cotton balls too. I plan on picking some of the sterile rolled cotton, but I'm not in a hurry about it.
