Good morning everyone Pissing with rain here so I stayed in bed till 9.
Bailey is doing we'll she just has soft tissue damage and its likely aggravated her arthritis. She has good drugs now though so alls good
Maybe today I will change the door seal on the front door as you can see daylight through it every time I had the time during the winter it was too cold to have the door open that long

Good morning, everyone It's been raining here too...and I slept in till 10. Must have needed it.
Hi Buddy...I know you'll not see this til tonight or tomorrow morning, but just wanted to say it's good to hear from you. Perhaps when you get your new mod in, a lanyard might be a good thing. I can imagine the shear panic that started blossoming in your chest when you realized just how close that was.
Glad to hear Bailey's injury isn't serious and that she'll get better.
I miss Jack too. Hardly a day goes by when I don't think of him. And recently, I accidentally deleted all the PMs he and I were sending back in forth in a moment of extreme exhaustion and urgency. I didn't know what I was doing until it was too late. I think my heart stopped when I realized what I had done...and it was like I lost what little I had of him. I can not convey the level of anger and self loathing that immediately ensued.
So all I have left now is what is here on the forum and the copy of his book I have on my nook.

I got his book too. It's on my external hard drive. I wanted it some place safe because knowing me, I'd delete it from the Kindle and then hit myself hard and say "you big dummy!"
Thankfully, B&N stores all the books I purchase so I can get them any time if I delete them from a device or replace a device. I just have to be careful not to delete it from B&N....which is why I don't delete anything I buy from B&N. And to be on the safe side, I've downloaded it on to every one of my devices. Now I just need to get the hard cover version to stick in my library...you know, just in case.
Back up to 90f here, but will that stop HRH shopping? Not a bit of it...off she trots!

I have lost enough information thru bad computer backups and fingers slipping such that now i make bloody sure i move and save things. I once lost 3 months of work with a hard disk failure on a machine with a deadline a week away. I have never stayed up so long in my life to get that all redone and ECF rules prevent me from saying how! 8 gallons of coffee helped

Well I just got finished rubbing Everclear all over my poisonoak. Guess it may help more if I drink it but I thought it was worth a try. I was afraid to try the brake fluid cleaner my hubby suggested. If anyone has a home remedy that has worked for them, I would appreciate it.

Your supposed to drink the ever clear so you can't feel the itch
