Thank you Raynman. I have never heard of this before. Very interesting and used for lots of stuff. Why hasn't this been on Dr. Oz? I may need to find some. I don't usually get it so early in the year. I've hardly left my recliner but I think I sleep with 2 of the little culprits that gave it to me. Thank you again. Here are the little culprits......

Best pizza in the whole wide world is a little joint around the suburbs of Boston..still in business, and we used to go there every Fri. when i was around 10 yrs. old.....

Every time i went to see my brother, the first place we went was to that little hole-in-the-wall pizza joint.

We use to go eat pizza at this place to every Friday night. One night when I was little we were on the way and traffic stopped and there was a guy that had a knife pulled on this other guy right in the middle of the road. My dad jerked that gear shift in park and got out and walked behind the guy and grab the knife and held the guy till the police came. Just means............you don't want to mess with my dad when he is headed for Friday night pizza.

They hate to get their picture taken. Always look away. Sort of like me I guess. Now I have a white dog that I took a picture of the other day and when I got in..... here is what I had taken.

So this was one of today's projects


the tray swings under neath the shelf so its out of the way a good spot for my batts and whatevers


the box is all stainless to enclose my chargers somewhat for just in case of course they are plugged into a breaker bar too

Ya it was a tray off an old desk I didn't know why I kept it but well I figured it out

Now Derek Jeter is retiring! Woe is me. So I had to buy the sports pkg. again this year so i could watch every Yankees game and DVR them for the future.

I have a few of Mariano's games and of course his very last one...every time i watch it i get all choked up. So many teams are changing their players so much it's hard to get really loyal to any certain team. And Prince Fielder is transferred...him and ...poop I forgot his name...
were like Mutt n Jeff on the field....dang i can picture him and his name's is just gone from my damn brain.



Maybe I just need to go to bed....yah, that's the ticket...

Dr Oz? My opinion of him has gone down a bit since his segment aired about ecigs. So inflammatory IMO.
