I hope everyone has a wonderful day (and stays safe now that Den is back on the road again at all hours)!

I haven't yet found a gf choco cookie worth the calories. If someone has, please advise. I do have a gf pb choco chip cookie recipe I was going to try, but fate intervened so I will try it out when I can walk again.

I am so excited the boys are cooking for me tonight! I bet they are going to be surprised at the state of the house. Someone will be here tomorrow to clean up after they play in my kitchen. And the damn cat has been busy! She shredded some paper so the floor is decorated with confetti, then she discovered a fly in the window so the best I could do was take the plants and breakables off the window sill and let her go at it since there was no way I was going to try with the fly swatter. And the day is young!

Problem is Saturday morning I woke up with a cold. Been sick all week. All juice has not taste. LOL. Man did my boss luck out. I would have been out sick at least two days this week. LOL.

I need to make an appointment with my doc. Seems I can hear some fluid in my ears. FUN FUN Vacation. LOL.

Well it's been a relaxing vacation!

Problem is Saturday morning I woke up with a cold. Been sick all week. All juice has not taste. LOL. Man did my boss luck out. I would have been out sick at least two days this week. LOL.

I need to make an appointment with my doc. Seems I can hear some fluid in my ears. FUN FUN Vacation. LOL.

That sure sucks! I guess I don't need to tell you to stay hydrated? If your juice has no taste, mix up some unflavored so you don't waste the good stuff




(BTW: if anyone reading this doesn't DIY by now, I would learn really quickly. With all the rules about to come down, vaping as we know it may not be around long!)

I did mix my own. Problem is I'm not sure it mixed very well. Got a headache in 2 seconds. Going to have to try again soon. Hate for the stuff to go to waste. (I do have some premix unflavored) so I went with that for now.

This pic is beautiful Loren! the only tiny thing marring it's perfection is the tiny bit of the backend of that station wagon. I know, I know, they're called SUV's now....but they're just a glorified station wagon

Easy peanut butter cookies- 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg. (I've taken the sugar down to almost half a cup and it still works) Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.
