Norm, Jack's passing was a Loss to REOVille. Your being gone so long also left a void. Always liked your humor, your wit, and some absolutely breathtaking pictures of Paradise !
I was just wondering about you the other day. Feisty Alice is also missing. I guess people come and go in our lives, but really would prefer you were around more.
By the way, My Daughter and I have German Sheppard (father) / Australian Sheppard (mother) mix males. Urlacher is 90 lbs of great big sissy baby, until someone/ something he doesn't know approaches. Then he just wants to kill it. Remi (short for Remington, as in rifles) is 83 lbs of play, play and play some more.

Hello all!

Still haven't gotten that steak yet, now I think I'll wait until tomorrow so my boy can have some too. All in all a good relaxing day. I decided to put all my worries aside and just relax for a while. That is often times the best thing to do.

Hope you all are having a good day, Scott I hope Oscar returns soon!

Scott, If Oscar isn't home yet check facebook for a lost and found pet page in your area. The one in our area is very active. There are many pet lovers who check them and will keep an eye out for pets gone missing as they go about their day to day errands. Those who can't catch them will often post sightings.

Also check and see if there is a group in your area that coordinates the feral colony guardians. They can notify the caretakers of colonies in your area to be on the lookout for him.

Glad you mentioned that Fleet. My sweetie and I are suppose to go out to dinner tomorrow. Of course her mom will go also. The local Steak House. Santa Fe Cattlecompany. Great steaks, but they always pick the catfish bait. Shrimp. YUCK. Steak or fish bait. Let me see. Ribeye Steak about 12-16 oz and baked potato with a baked potato for a side. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm Now I'm hungry as heck.

Oh yeah Tim. Steak and baked potato with baked potato for a side. My kind of meal! Love baked potatoes. I love them so much it isn't funny!

I once had a job where I traveled a bit. I had to go to idaho for some training. I was thinking to myself: Oh man, Idaho, land of the baked potato. I had myself all worked up. I was going to get the biggest bestest baked potato known to man. Back then I had a very liberal expense account. Cost was no problem. So I ordered up a nice, nice steak in the hotel restaurant which was a pretty fancy place. And a baked potato. Oh my goodness, I could just see them needing a platter and two wait staff just to carry that sucker to my table.

When my dinner arrived........ Well it was damn near the smallest Idaho potato I'd ever seen. Bout the size of an egg. I'd traveled over 1000 miles for that thing. What a let down. Apparently they ship all the good ones out of state and keep the little ones for the home folk. One of my major disappointments in my life.

I made up for it eventually as Florida seemed to get all the good ones. I mean I'd make 2 lb baked potatoes when I cooked. With sour cream, cheese (all types), butter fresh pepper and salt.

So a word of warning, if you want a good baked potato don't go to Idaho, go to Florida!
