I decided today it was time to make room in my freezer by making jerky out of the chicken I got on sale a while back.
Spent the day flip flopping the bag of 5 lbs of bird slices marinading in the fridge. Now the torture of yummy aroma for hours while it sits in the dehydrator.

I have used the same recipe for years. As long as it doesn't over dry it's very tasty .
It has soy, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and bit of hot sauce.
