Well I guess it might take longer with so many to do. This is my first sale, I have had lots of REO's but I usually rescue them off of the classifieds.
Morning err body! I am waiting on some juice an atomizers right now. I am watching the door for him to come in the office like a hawk. This has been minor stalking until now. He has no idea what is in store for him in the coming days. Wearing them blue shorts and black socks. lordy.

Yes is Christmas all over again. 
At what point can I stop worrying about my darn parents?? This is ridiculous!
My dad's phone doesn't always ring through when someone calls. And lately, the voicemails don't even go through. I have been telling him for months to get a different phone! What if the nursing home needs to get ahold of him, or one of his doctors, etc? But nooooo, he doesn't want to spend the money. I even found out that he can get a basic phone for free from his cell provider. Still hasn't done it. UGH!!!!
He is supposed to be babysitting youngest tonight so I can go to the band meeting (have to go to be able to rent an instrument and find out all the details). But I cannot get a hold of him I even went to his house, beating on the door. He works nights but has today and tomorrow off. I haven't solidified the plans for tonight since over a week ago, and my dad has the memory of a darn gnat! so he isn't going to be here if I can't get a hold of him. And if he is sleeping, the ONLY thing that ever wakes him up is his phone ringing....which it doesn't do anymore!!!!
Bah humbug Now that my rant is over, I suppose I should go reheat last nights lasagna for hubby's lunch! Later folks...hopefully I will be happier next time I stop!

My expectations are low so I don't get disappointed if it doesn't work out and if it does I'll be very happy (elated)...oh if it's with my old company I will be so happy...I miss my old work family so much.

Hear in Cal they have free phones for the elderly California Phones - Free specialized phones for eligible California residents make it easier to stay connected. maybe Iowa has something similar.
could be! Actually I think it goes along with his whole depression issue. He just doesn't do anything-leaves the house long enough for dr visits or to grab something to eat at the store fast and that's it. He doesn't go see my mom, he barely comes here (unless food is mentioned!! LOL) My mom got put in the nursing home 2 years ago and about a month later my dad had 2 heart attacks, so darn it, I want to be able to get ahold of him if I need to! My mom doesn't always remember me and I don't wanna lose my dad on top of that ya know?

Can you loan him a cell phone while he watches your kid? Can you buy him one if he's too stubborn to get one himself? I think there are some pretty cheap services these days, especially if you already have internet service. You can find a cheap phones too
My phone is a staple. If I leave home without it I panic
