I had one of those a couple years ago. They can be fun if there are no strings attached and just a social event.
I have given up on the aspect of another person to share my life. At least when it comes to a partner. Now as family expands and grandchildren grow they pose the option to add other members to my life. But this old lady will never again be tied to the demands and expectations of another person.
I am loving the whole do what I want, when I want, or don't do it at all life that I now have.

Date? What's a date? How do you do that? I vaguely remember having one... a LONG time ago.

I like being single, but it is nice to have someone to drag to social events. And other things. :) Of course, with my schedule, there aren't a lot of social events. Or other things. :)

And I DO NOT want grandkids... yet. My kid is 16, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be many, many years (or at least 5 more years) before he has his own kids.

So I've been up all night trying to figure out this so called easy peasy image uploading and apparently all I can figure out is tinypic.com. Facebook links don't work and now it appears that Flickr, THE PHOTE SITE, links don't work either. Help me please. It took me months to figure out a posting strategy on facebook and I am not about to put myself through that again with Flickr.

Anyone who knows how to get the image code links from Flickr to work on/with the ECF please help me out here.

Hopefully it isn't bad. Maybe they found something you thought you lost there. (I'm the forever optimist.)

I forgot the post I made suggesting this thread should be a sticky, :) Got home today and we had 2 messages on our voice mail from a Sgt. of the Mtn. View PD to call after 6pm...that can't be good. We haven't lived there for 11 years.

Just a hint for you Seamus, when you are trying to see if a code will produce a image, you can click the Go Advanced. When you get there your image (if it will show) will be visible when you click Preview at the bottom. Another words, you can view and edit on that page before posting. Hope this helps you.
I use Photobucket. Love that I just can click and paste on the image icon pop-up here.

In the fine print apparently Flickr says that it could take days before photos uploaded to Flickr are recognized by other groups and sites. Could this be the problem? If so Flickr is a giant pain in the hindquarters and serves no purpose to me.
