What's a good MtL atty still in the REO store (that isn't $140)? With my new job, I was told, "just don't get caught" when I asked about the nicotine policy. Apparently people still smoke and vape (they use to hide us smokers on night shift), but you aren't allowed to vape on property. From what I understand, everyone goes outside, behind the buildings or bushes or whatever. I had an RM2, but broke it ([emoji27]). So I need something to stealth vape with.

did you like the rm2? Or would you like something the rm2 didn't provide? I'm not mtl but that'll help folks advise you better if you don't wanna get another rm2

And... how did you break your RM2? What happened - spinning post problem?

Apparently if you forget about a coiled atty in water, it will rust together and ceramic deck, posts, and coil all become one with each other. I tried cleaning it, but sadly, user error and forgetfulness are damning to certain things.

Wow, that little O-16 gets HOT.
I've run small atties before and maybe it's cuz your lips are right by those heat fins and the fins actually work? I don't know, but I'm feeling more heat off the atty than I'm used to.
Could also be from running duals in there - that's a lot of coil in a small space.

Who's run both single and dual in an Origen Teensy, and has a preference?
Does going single impact the draw, much? It's a LITTLE bit tight...

Oh I have.
(see above):)
But I LOVE my Nuppins, and like the look of a small atty for my Grand, and like to snick the door UP, and like the intensity of flavor. So when I saw 0-16's disappearing, I snatched one...

Get a Reo with a haircut and see where a 22mm atty will get you.

so you would like another Rm2?

Or something close to it or another Reomizer that's a MtL atty. I need to be able to stealth vape at work. Just can't afford an authentic chalice. Hoping that if my boss is still gonna work me 36 hours a week, I'll have enough saved in a few weeks to get some Nic in storage and then maybe a 3rd Reo after that. I just bought a new tablet replacing the one that crashed a few weeks ago, so thankfully I'll have real $ coming in for the bills and then necessary vape stuff. LOL

i run Dark Horses from Catfish, and Velocity atties pretty exclusively these days. They are, if you use a RM2, massive buggers, but i can get the flavour and the clouds.

Some of the coils i like now demand mow powah and so they are in the realm of multiple battery mods. For weekend use and cloud-chasing. i don't use nicotine anymore, because i'm lazy.

But, as an example - my work setup runs a 0.3Ω fused Clapton in a Velocity.

I usually use derringers with a 0.3 ohm coil. It's just too much vapor to hide.

Wish I had more information for you on running duals on the "Origen Teensies." Hahaha. I've only run singles in the .9 to 1.2 arena and darn I'm in love with the little buggers. While I do notice that they get warm, I don't find them any warmer than my Challice 3. (I do long, long pulls though). I run mine either wide open or nearly wide open depending on juice flavor and always with a wide drip tip. I like the combination of getting great flavor and a few clouds to boot. I like them so much that I'm hoping to get another. Heck I like it better than my Challice (as I'm more of a DLH gal) but my mini isn't shaved and I can't part with it for a day or 2 at the spa . There is a great thread on the Origen 16 in our archives that may be helpful in sorting the dual/single dilemma. I believe it's a couple pages back in our archives and it was started by our Las Vegas friend (drawing a blank on his name. I believed he signed off ECF when the Reo Forum closed).

You're talking about @Spydro?
He always shared great advice!
Thanks for the input - I'm running it wide open, and it IS a great atty - I was just trying to decide whether to rip out the build and try it single. I probably will...
