No. Cal.
Gotta say that I too really like the SS too. Been a couple months and have no desire to go back to Kanthal. Its so easy to work with too. Been using the 28 but may get around to trying some 26 that Deb sent.
Good evening Reonauts! Hope you are sleeping if you are supposed to be Hahaha

Oh, that's right. I knew that!

You know what I miss most about sleeping regular? My mind! It's such a special treat when I get enough sleep to actually be able to think clearly!
My mind don't even work when I've slept. I think I'm resigned to just being fat dumb and happy!

Got my Maker today and put a Z coil made at .4 ohm with 26g ss316l. Got the chuff cap dialed in for a smooth cloudy flavor. Very nice and LEAK proof. If you need a leak proof fatty this is the one. I mainly use Atomic's and Deringers and this is their equal with the huge benefit of not drooling in the dark ride to and from work. I don't need a hanky handy with this baby!

Apologies for the iPhone and kindle fire photo.

The Maker is a nice top air atty. Personally, I use 24g ss in mine, so that I can get a couple more wraps, and a little more length to my Z coils.

I've got 24g in the mail along with a new usa ohm meter. My 26g coil is pretty spaced out and long though and it's a good vape.

The chuff cap is enormous, like looking into the abyss or a .45 caliber 1911 but closed down provides a nice airflow. I'll probably open it up a bit if I get down to .3 or so.

Nothing like a new atty AND wire to play with!

Yeah, the chuff is a bit overkill. I don't use mine at all.

I liked the Maker at first, but it didn't cut the end chase for me. The chuff is out of place imo, yet I like more air than the 510 dt allows. I also don't get along with top-to-side-air. I went back to stumpolas.

Nice atty though. The manufacturer doesn't do a good job of listening to input from the community though. He's been asked time and time again for a normal chuff, and basically shrugs it off.

I agree about the Stumpy. Great atty. IMO one of the best attys ever made. The Maker is a nice top to side air atty, but for me, I get better flavor out of the Manta V2. The drawback to the Manta is that the air is a little restrictive, and the posts are too close together for a 2.5 or 3mm Z coil. I run duals in mine. The other strictly top air atty I use all the time is the Thump. But it's strictly a 3 post atty, made for duals.

The chuff might be a problem with pocket lint, the thing is so wide open. I'll try the normal cap in a day or so. It really goes through the ejuice fast, like my Mustang GT goes through gas. As a non leaking traveler it's the best I've had, so far.

I use a standard 510 drip tip with mine. I just had to look through my box of drip tips and find one with the largest bore. I'm using a low country mountain man tip on mine. I miss that company. Very nice wood drip tips. But he hasn't released any new tips in months. I don't know what became of him. As for the Maker, it's a shame nobody made an after market cap, like cc (I believe) made for the Vectors.

TMod made those if you mean the delrin ones. Yeah, that would be great. I miss LCMM too...TS is a great guy, I really hope he is alright.

I couldn't remember if it was CC or Tmod. I had a Vector for a couple days, and then traded it. I hated the one piece AFC and mouthpiece.
I had a guy at a local B&M make me a couple acrylic tips for my Stumpys, to use without the adaptor. Not too bad, and cheaper than the ones from Element Mods.

Nice. I loved the Vector except that it requires duals. I can't bring myself to do duals anymore...I'm the laziest sloth ever (wow that says a lot doesn't it...)

So I dug out my vape box from under the work bench today to get a pair of curved mini needle nose pliers and I swear the box was cussing at me and saying something about it was about time it saw daylight again!!! lmfao... It was the end of April when it last saw daylight. That was when I put the new silver contacts and negative screws in my Reo's and rebuilt my O-16's on them.

I once tried a Stumpy as it seemed to get such praise from the masses. It was from Catfish and unfortunately for it, it only made through a couple hours of use. It now resides in South Africa w/ @Robfisher. One of the worst leaking atty's Ive ever used to date... It just didn't want to drain completely and being a RxW exclusive user, it will only absorb so much liquid and the rest wound up all over my shirt, inside my pants pockets, and in the cup holder in the truck. I thought it was partially clogged, but after reaming it out with a drillbit and nothing came out, I was left wondering why it wouldn't drain. I'm still trying to figure that one out. Oh well.
