@Debadoo
The rant wasn't aimed at you Deb... Sorry if it came off that way...

The silicone bottles are even softer than the FIB's over at Robs is why everyone likes them. Very soft and effortless to squonk...
no worries hun. Oh wow, didn't realize they were even softer than the FIBs. Thanks.

But is it worth it? That is entirely subjective.
Jup! If a person's budget can handle it, and they like them that much.......go for it. For some it's not an option no matter what. We all spend $ on things that are important to us.

The again, who knows for sure!! Funny where life's travels take us...
Glad you'll be stickin around. I can't imagine not vaping, but like ya said, we never really know what's in store.

Passed the 3 year vaping mark recently. If it wasnt for my Reos I doubt I would have made it this far with such little hassle and so much pleasure.
congrats!!!! Good to see ya

My brother-in-law is having to quite smoking, and the Doctors have recommended vaping. They all know it's FAR LESS damaging than real cigs.
that's fantastic! hope he can make it work for him.

Hi All... does anyone have a contact number for @Spydro? Larry dropped off the forums a couple of weeks ago and I haven't heard from him... he wasn't well and I would really like to find out if he is ok.

Many thanks!
wow, I didn't know he wasn't well either. Glad Classy is checkin on him for us

I'm still here.. just not really good at general chit chat in an ongoing thread. I still read much of what's posted here though.
good to see ya posting

I was getting ready to sell my Maker, but realized I'd only been "trying" new builds in it. Once I put my typical simple dual 27 gauge kanthal 0.5 ohm setup in there, and got the airflow right - it popped for me, and I've been running it ever since.
Alongside Nuppins and O-16's and Narda's and Hadalys, it's holding it's own.

Worth a mention here - Also running Hellfire Fury. Never cloned, far as I know but it's a nice size/shape for a Reo at 18mm, and a pretty successful side/top air design.

I'd try a Havoc - with my builds, I'm ok with the deck. But their stuff is so danged pricey!

The dual 26g or 27g coils was pretty much my standard build for a long time, until I switched to SS wire last year sometime. I still build duals occasionally with SS, except I went to 28g 316L. But I've gotten so I like 2 post attys with Z coils. I usually use either 24g spaced SS or 28g parallel, except for the O-16, where I'm using 26g SS spaced. I've also been running a single 26g SS spaced coils in one of my Nuppins, with the air fully open on both sides.

Thats funny right there... I couldn't even try one now if I wanted to... I sold all my wire, coil master kits, and meters the other day!!! I'm down to about 30ml of juice though, 1 supercharged Reo Grand, and 1 O-16 coiled and wicked w/ RxW...
I think I'm all good for the next couple days!!!:rickroll:

I am soooo intrigued by this. I have never met someone getting to this particular vaper end game state.

I suppose there are a fair number of people who've done this (not to diminish your goal, of course), but it's just not something you encounter out in the wild, so to speak.

I smoked. I converted to vaping. I quit (of my own volition). Fumi Vapi Cessavi. Never seen it (but then, I don't get out much).

Music, my man, I, for one, await your transition with bated breath and would love to know the deets as they happen.

No one dares mention this fact, so I guess that I must be the one to do so. Many have tried to walk away from the deeply satisfying Reo vaping experience in the past.

They all come back eventually. Each and every one will succumb to the bewitching siren call of the Reo beckoning them back home.

Unable to resist and completely powerless over her siren call, they return.

Don't say you weren't warned my friend, lol.

We'll be here to welcome you back!

I managed to get his number @classwife but it just goes to voicemail. :(
I didn't have his number...he always called me...said he had a computer program that would just show up as "unknown"...all very cumbersome. BUT...I have his mailing address so I sent him a snail mail letter yesterday. I figure maybe even if he's away from his electronics (hospital, maybe??) someone may get his mail to him. We'll see.

So true. I know someone who is wanting the fancy electronic boarded stuff and Tank setup - even though they have a Reo Grand and a RM2 & RM3 to use. They only want that because they have no concept of coil building, and truly don't understand the science behind a mechanical mod. It all starts with the coil. Build the ohm low enough to compensate for battery drainage, and you'll be ok. No difference in building a 2.0 ohm coil, and then maxing the voltage up. Reo Grands will last through hell n' back. Don't know about other devices.
