I have a question about the iGo revolver and rebuildable crystal vision clearos. If the voltage on the battery is variable, does the ohm on the clearo matter? If so, please explain with detail (not technical language, but would a lower ohm head still make the vapor hotter at the same voltage as a higher ohm head and are there any limits to be aware of - like don't go 1.8 ohm with 4.8 volts or you may blow up the battery, for example?)

Well Technically, you wont be blowing up any bateries! The lower the ohms the less voltage REQUIRED to reach desired heat of cartomizer. Thats around as simple as I can explain.
Thats the advantage of the Revolver battery....You just turn the dil to your sweet spot, no matter what coils you are using....I hope that helps.
