Hi all,

Quick first question, been using the Russian for a couple weeks now and everything seems to be working fine. Was curious when filling through the refill hole on the bottom of the tank do i still need to loosen the top cap, tilt and let the air pressure change or can i just fill and go.

Thanks everyone. Happy Monday:D

If you want to fill it through the top cap though, remove the top cap, fill to desired level, tighten top cap ever so slightly, hold it upside down until all of the juice flows to the top of the atty, then tighten the top cap all the way. This should only be a solution if you happen to be on the go with some juice and no screwdriver but it works like a charm!

My positive block is loose I just got this yesterday how can I tighten it. also the juice bottle that came with it I cant get it to work it just runs back out the fill hole.

unscrew the positive post adjustment all the way and you will notice it is seperate from the post that goes all the way to the block. unlike some other kayfuns and clones. (one cool thing about the russian) when you look inside there will be a regular screw driver spot, tighten that while making sure the block up top is straight. I wouldn't of known myself except when i bought mine i had to assemble everything. Also mine had machine oil resude on the inside that took forever to get rid of. (boiling, cleaning, soaking, dumping tanks, ect.) the russian is great and the fill hole is simple with the 91% but the full size russian on the other hand is a pain.

I've had the Russian for a few weeks and overall I am happy. Very easy to build (make sure to tuck the wicks down the side of the block in the middle to avoid dry hits) and produces amazing vapor and flavor. I am running into one issue and am wondering if anyone has a solid solution. I cannot get it to work on any of my mods other than my SVD which has a spring-loaded connection pin. (Other mods include: Sigelei Zmax v3, Evic, Vamo v5, and now my newly purchased Nemesis which has a great adjusting mechanism!) Most other tanks have an adjustable pin you can screw out until you make a solid contact but if you loosen it in the Russion or Kayfun it loosens the block on the inside where you're coil is built which tends to create a short requiring you to dissassemble it and start over. Is anyone else having this problem? What solutions have you found?

Hello all I am new here. I have a question about the russian. I am having a problem with the resistance registering on my ohm meter and on my provari. I tired loosening the bottom pin thinking it wasn't making contact. when I loosened the pin the piece that it is connected to with the air hole(positve post?) moves and makes it impossible to work with. Can anyone help?

The adjustable bottom pin screws into another screw that attaches to the block up on the build deck. It sounds like your bottom pin is too tight and when you try to adjust it, you're just turning both screws and loosening the whole block. I know I'm not describing it well, but basically it's a screw that screws into another screw, which screws into the thing up on the deck! Might have to remove it and get those two screw separated, then you can adjust it properly. Did that make any sense whatsoever?
