The sent the wrong gauge...how they handled it...

Hey everybody,

my disclaimer.... I don't work for, or know anybody at any company I am about to mention, I am merely a customer. In addition, I can guarantee you that if it had turned out badly, I would be posting not only this post, but many others too.


So, I ordered 2 rolls of 30 gauge kanthal, and that's what it said on my bill........ I received 2 rolls of 32 gauge kanthal...

I took a picture and sent it to my supplier........ who replied within hours, and sent my correct order out immediately by priority post.

Just got it today, and all is good........ didn't ask me to send back the 2 rolls of 32 gauge or nothing....... they just got my order out to me pronto via priority post.

and that is how lightningvapes does business, and that is why I recommend them........

I don't change suppliers for 20 cents this way or that, the service is worth something to me... and that's what I got.

All of their orders come with a link that you click to see where the order is....

I'm in Canada, but I order from lightningvapes in Florida because they do business American Style.
