Just ordered a polished Shockwave. This will be my first SuperT device....and im really excited.
I was going to order a Provari but i knew i would regret it if I passed on the shockwave. Now i can use my Don for work and the SW for home.

Well, just changed my first order to non-slotted. Then ordered another one, LOL. Hope I got in in time for the second one.
If not, David can hold my $ for the next P+ 18650 run

It'll be my first Super-T device, also. Some of my friends have Precises though and I've vaped them (they are beautiful and work flawlessly). Good choice on waiting on the Provari. I've ordered 6 Provaris and they have never been out of stock

I'm the same way with my Provari collection. I've purchased six total from Provape and sold 3 of them for developing minor cosmetic issues. I have three left that are in near pristine condition. Gotta really try to take care of my ShockWave when it lands, as I doubt I ever get the chance to replace it 
well finally the stick was removed from my ... and placed my order. With the impending chance of never being able to get one paniced me into the purchase as I didnt want to miss out especially when its limited editions of sorts!
Now what is really cool as the other mod formerly known as Shockwave renamed BAM I got one of those as well, should be arriving this week! I'm sure without all the rhodium plating like this but cool comparisons non the less!!

Even if you're stuck using the 26650s exclusively for awhile, the voltage drop off will be so slow that I'm sure with low-res atties you'll have many hours of vaping bliss before noticing much of any decrease in vapor production

The only sleeve we'll be doing is for using the Kick and 26500 battery.
Congrats on getting a Shockwave! On the Serial number, they will be number from 1-100 (actually there will be just slightly over a 100 as we always run a few over just in case there are blems or defects etc)

Good news and bad news. Good news, we've found another shop to make the body part! Bad news, they can only make non slotted, they just don't think its feasible to make the slotted version due to the flexing/distortion of the body due to the large slots. I'm so sorry about this guys/gals, i really wanted it happen
Due to the cost of manufacturing the unit, which with the estimates we have received so far, will exceed 200.00 each, we have decided to make it a limited run. We have approximately 25 preorder units left, so if you are on the fence, best act fast!
Those who ordered slotted and are willing to switch to non-slotted, please advise via email, supertmanufacturing@yahoo.com, with the topic heading "Shockwave order change" Please list your name and/or order number and that you are willing to switch to non-slotted. Do not PM me with your change, email only. Those not wanting to change can receive a full refund, no questions asked, email to the same address above.

Note, all pieces of the spring loaded plunger will be Rhodium plated in the production version. A total of 5 parts of the Shockwave are Rhodium Plated
Also note the "D" shaped machining (not round) to securely hold and align the switch pod:
Removable Switch Pod. Contains the user replaceable Snap action mechanical switch, a high amperage version (10amp) of the same switch used in many mouses due to their extreme durability and life and also houses the Spring Loaded Plunger:
Top Cap Juice Well View. Production versions will have Rhodium plated Center Post.
Will accept the universal fit Strata rebuildable as well as most all others tanks/rebuildables.
Note machined relief and indexed air flow channels for problem tanks/rebuildables:
Top Cap inside view, switch pod removed.
Gun Drilled for maximum weight savings which can allow the Stainless Steel Shockwave to weigh less then an Aluminum 26650 mod:
