The stupidest place to lose your PV...

So, I've mentioned before that I once lost my PV in the lining of my handbag. It took months for me to find it and when I eventually did, it was like the last episode of Sex and the City where Carrie finds her necklace...

But this evening I had another panic. I was sat here quite happily, laying on my bed and propped up by my pillows when I suddenly couldn't find my PV...where could it be?! I looked all over the place... I'd only had it a second ago, it couldn't have gone far...

It hadn't...I'd forgotten about my special storage place for it... laying at this angle, and using an automatic battery, I discovered a while ago that clothing could act as a rather handy lanyard...yes, I'd lost my PV in my 'over-the-shoulder-PV-holder'...thank god it's only a 510 Penstyle!

Please tell me I'm not the only person to do stupid things like this?!x

I forget my GG with a 18650 and ody in long mode in my bra strap all the time;-)

I tried to lose one in my wife's OTSPV holder... didn't work.. But I looked anyway!!

I've heard of several people throwing them out of the windows of moving cars without thinking.

That's gotta be really annoying. And possibly extremely dangerous (I'd like to hope these aren't stainless steel tube mods, but very little surprises me any more...)

I lost an SS eroll months ago. I never took that one out of the house, it was always on my shelf with cinnamon just waiting for me. One day it just wasnt there. Did i pick it up and do something dumb with it, probably. It still bothers me sometimes, like now that im thinking about it.

This being totally unrelated, i lose my beer ALL the time. I put it down somewhere, get into something, then it takes me a good 10 minutes to find my beer again. The part that drives me crazy is i actually have a pretty good memory, its the darned effects of alcohol, once i get a few in me good bye short term memory

I loose my Mods and little eRolls constantly while propped up with pillows in bed. It doesnt help i have cats and dogs scattered around with me but its maddening! I keep putting them in what i believe to be a safe place when i put it down you know? I have a tray and several bowls, throws pillows and ooks phone, i pad purse kleenex and e juice bottles a long with syringes and q tips, battery charges and about 6 mods loaded and pass thrus and atties, trip tips and...well. Weird. I never used to hang out in bed so much before i vaped! But since i do its a mess of vape stuff and hard to keep organized. At least if i cant find the vape of choice i have plenty to grab and use which is what i do pretty quick if the lost one doesnt get located. I wonder if im weird?

I'm always losing my coffee cup at work, I set it down somewhere when I start something, then forget it and the hunt begins. One time, I couldn't find it for the life of me, then realized it was in my hand..........

I've had the BEST idea...

You know those beer can hats? Where you have a straw and you suck on it? That needs to be made for PVs! better yet, two straws, one for beer, one for nicotine!x

OK, so I'm not the only one with ADHD. I lose my PV, my cell phone (can't call it cuz I keep the ringer turned off), my keys, my wallet....

I ordered a leather case from Johnson Creek.
It's pretty classy looking & has a belt clip.

Kind of unrelated my worst misplaced story I was doing dishes and putting away left overs after having Tacos one night for supper. In about 3 days I started smelling something. I live in my Travel trailer most of the year have to travel for my Job. I took out the trash sprayed the fabreeze after awhile theirs that smell again. Throw away anything in the fridge that might be bad more fabreeze. Two days and half a bottle of fabreeze later nothing left that could possibly smell but its still there!!!! GRRRRRR whats that smell! After a hour of searching and sniffing I find the dish of leftover refried beans from taco night in the cabinet woops it was supposed to go in the fridge;-)

I did leave my provari sitting on my truck for quite a while at the gun range one extremely busy Saturday. I freaked out when I couldn't find it and then it dawned on where I left it. Luckily it was still there and I understand why, between the crowd being locals who are good people for the most part and people keeping their hands off of things that don't belong to them at the shooting range.

my pink provari mini has been MIA for the last week. it has a DID on top of it so I know I didn't leave the house with it. I've looked everywhere for it so it must be some place stupid.

did you check the fridge and freezer? around the washer/dryer? the pantry? that is where a lot of my missing items seem to show up lol

My missing carriables tend to end up in kitchen cabinets.

set it down just for a second, forget about it, close the door and walk away.

Might be a bottle of water or it might be my PV
