How do these C8’s compare to the old ALPHAStar’s?
ARE these the SAME as the ALPHAStar’s {and were they cotton}?
If not are you going to EVER get the old ALPHAStar’s back?

Well now that you found THAT for me, do you know where I left my eVic this weekend? After I got that nice black tube “face lift” its run away.
Seriously thanks, didn’t see that the bad clown had declared the C9’s DOA in the first post, when I get the ones I ordered I’ll post what I think of them, hope the clown got a bad bunch.

For sure the old cotton filled ALPHAStar’s were the best “plug and play” TC I have ever used, that’s why I took them to Mexico.

And NO, the tequila I brought back doesn’t have anything to do with losing my eVic, you’re thinking like the wife

When you press each button once (except the screen color button) it displays the wattage or voltage, but does not change on the first press. While it's displayed pressing the button again will change it. Doesn't seem to have many issues of changing voltage/wattage or even misfiring in my pocket.
Not sure if it's already been posted, but the buttons are:
Top left- change screen color and display puff count
Top right- change wattage (Goes from 5-15, no option to go down.. have to go all the way around if you pass the watt you want.. no biggie)
Bottom left- Voltage up
Bottom right- voltage down (Yes, it is backwards)
Only fatal flaw i see in the K200 is that it seems to act dead when the battery is at 3.9-4 volts.. The thing lasts me less than a day with a 2600 MaH 18650 batt.. If anyone knows of a revision or some sort of fix for this i'm very interested, because I like it a lot, but the horrible battery life is kind of a dealbreaker.

What! That would be a major problem!
It's definitely not supposed to do that.That seems really weird. Did you voltmeter the battery, try it in another device, ck for Shorts of The mod and atomizer, ect. ?

If so...this sounds like a serious defect. Kamry should Replace this unit if that is the case and its not a bad bat orSomething simple. Now I may be holding off my order till I find out more. The voltage defect thing is no biggie but this would be ridiculous. I would definitely want a refund or good replacement.

"some have it, my advice is to wait, there are a few products i showed a while back like the vhit and the tmax and some others that needed more improvements , if they pass they will be sold, they didnt, newer updated versions are about a week to 2 weeks away for about 5 products and ill announce them shortly

I have just seen a different styled one, black chrome, with a flat top like the vamo. Instead of the taper. Is this a sign of a revision including fixes for the the other problems? Or purely a cosmetically different one?
