The new concpiracy theory is now with the rise of DIY juice kits

What is this conspiracy theory you speak of? Thousands of us have been DIY for years. Why not, like servicing my automobiles, I know I am not getting ripped off and I know I do a job I can trust is done right.

FDA can take or give as much time as they feel fit, The law is the Law and unless Revoked by Court or legislature, it has been Read in and is a done deal.

In other words, "Sure, just keep sending us a million at a time for ONE flavor (in all its different ratios). Meanwhile, we'll use your thousands-of-hours-to-complete application as buttwipes, AND your money, and then refuse you ANYWAY" (insert middle finger).

How you cannot be alarmed sure beats the heck out of me.

That's it, of course. With approval/rejection costs like these, who needs taxes.

As for how he cannot be alarmed, I think we've all figured that one out.

Maybe one of the wisest replies to my thread, let's just say I've been to one too many shops, read one too many forums with people spreading panic properganda and I'm pretty sick of it. I indulge in law, several of my buddies who also vape are first time bar exam acers and we took a lot into account to try and set some records straight, I don't mind anyone disagreeing but at the very least you've read my thread, I can only hope a bit of it resonated.

I think it's resonating, but perhaps not in any way you intended.

You actually have a license to indulge in law?

The new concpiracy theory is now with the rise of DIY juice kits, within 2 years the panic will cause a maelstrom of new breed of juice makers even before the black market opens; even after those who get licensed finally get put on a shelf the industry will suffer iller fates at the hands of its own. Just keep that in mind.

 Wha? Ok - that's just silly. Too silly to respond - unless you have actually spotted 100 gallon DIY juice kits out there somewhere.

Welp, everyone has an opinion - and one of those other things to go with. Time to put this thread on ignore.

Juice will come in Tobacco Menthol, and "Berry," strong or regular - and be sold in non-refillable cartridges that fit on the crappy sticks, $5 a pop, lasting maybe a day.

You forgot chocolate. There always seems to be a horrible chocolate. And maybe a coffee, but if the chocolate is like the cigalike I tried they may not need a coffee.

I think in 2 years time, by the time all the regulations kick in, we won't be in the extreme end of either spectrums: its not going to be as it is today, nor will be it become every vaper's nightmare.

As long as we have a decent pushback to whats stated on the current FDA deeming we should balance back to equilibrium. I'm thinking we're going to see more and more companies follow suite to what Halo (forgot parent company name) has been doing.
[emoji38]

Please to see member involvement on CASAA and prior out cries of said agency for help.

Please to see massive momentum and involvement in march on DC thread.

Please to see prior years of outcry to get vape shops involved and caring to keep their businesses afloat and prospering... and the blatant ignorance displayed of anything past the next sale reported by key members of our community that tried to get them involved.

We didn't have to be where we are now... by any stretch of the imagination.

But we didn't do what little needed to be done... ever.

By all means, have faith in your fellow people... if you think our history warrants it. I don't and I don't.

Sad to say.

It's in their best interest to approve, renewal of license is risidual federal income and is more valueble than rejection.

So you're saying a small renewal fee will benefit them more each year than running a would be prospects bank account through the gauntlet as the proapect reattempts application after ammending their product?

I fail to see the logic. By a far stretch.

F34r said "Assembly is not manufacturing, though making coils can fall in a gray area not yet known. "

I digress...

"An assembly line is a manufacturing process in which interchangeable parts are added to a product in a sequential manner to create an end product."

Found here Assembly Line Methods

Cheers.
Maybe OP was suggesting assembly be done in a square as opposed to a line.

That oughta get their goat. :smokie:

I am not disagreeing with you but I personally find this hard to believe because,
(see my comment below)

neither you nor I can tell until the process is in place.
The process is in place.

I feel clever. I'm going to post this everywhere (or at least until I get bored - 3-2-1...).

Anybody who expects to be a life long vaper will be rebuilding and mixing eventually because of quality and price. My DIY costs about 7 cents a day, $30 a year. (I used to spend $3,000 a year smoking a carton a week.)

Congress did not give the FDA authority to ban tobacco but they did give it the authority to ban electronic cigarettes. They have authority to do anything at any time for any reason so the rules are for chumps. There is historical precedent for this kind of power, you might have encountered in your legal dabblings, called the Divine Right of Kings. We don't govern that way any more because it promotes corruption and incompentence and discourages business formation and risk taking.
