I recently placed an order with Sherman over at thevapetree.com because of the great 50% off deal he had going on. After I placed the order a week or so goes by and I notice that my order is still in the processing stage. I email Sherman and ask him what's up? Instead of blowing smoke, he apologized and ensured me that it would be taken care of. In all of my correspondence with Sherman not once did he come across as harsh or try to cast blame instead he was professional and his candor was much appreciated. I have 4 juices coming in from him and can't wait to try them (It was 3 but he added an extra for the inconvenience). I have not had a vendor go the extra mile for me in a while. I figured he deserved the recognition.
