I've had great stuff from Nitelite, AVE, ecigexpress, Altcig, Americaneliquidstore, and others. The 4 juices I got from The Vapor Store, Toasted tobacco, Espresso, Hazelnut, and Marshmellow all had one thing in common - little to no flavor. I even ordered Toasted tobacco with a 'flavor shot' for extra $ and it was nearly tasteless. Taste being very subjective, I would love to comment on these, but there is too little flavoring for my taste. The Espresso is ok and I commented as such on their website. I also sent them an email with the lack of flavor comments and their reply was essentially 'we've never heard that before.' Since I've had such great success from other venders, I can only say that one should vote with their $.

TVR is my go-to shop. I haven't tried any of the flavors you mentioned since I tend to go for fruity, sweet tooth or bakery flavors. Every flavor I've tried from them (with proper steeping time) has been full of flavor and spot-on with regard to taste. I'd revisit them in a week or two and see what they taste like. Happy vaping to ya! :)

Agree, let them steep longer - that could help. I have noticed some flavors of theirs are very light. In general the flavors I have tried from them are not very strong, saturated flavors. Their flavors are a little more subtle. I did find marshmallow and butterscotch to not be flavorful enough. I love their blueberry cinnamon crumble and vanilla cupcake. Vanilla cupcake is more subtle and sometimes I wonder what it would be like with a double shot, but I think it would be too strong. I would not double shot blueberry cinnamon crumble, it's perfect how it is.

Steeping does help, but if that isn't enough, they have a double shot option as well. Standard steeping reccomendation times are posted on their site and printed on their receipts, but sometimes more may be needed.

The question I need to ask it what hardware & voltage are you using? I've tried over a half dozen TVR liquids so far and loved the flavor experience in all of them.

That is a good reply too. There was a recent thread asking people what equipment they used most for their tvr juices, and I believe a lot said (myself included) that they liked tvr juices best with a lr carto or atty and a 3.7 mod. I like mine best in ressurrectors (which are smok tech 1.7 lr cartomizers) on my 3.7 box mod or my vv ego that goes a little over 4 volts. So 8 - 9 watt range.

I agree, let them steep. I have several from the Vapor Room and after a couple weeks, they really do improve in flavor. Most of them, though, I liked the day I got them! Irish Cream and Toasted Almond were really light on flavor when I got them, but now they're quite tasty.. give em a little time!

OK, I have let them steep for 3 weeks now. Both the Espresso and Toasted Tobacco have come out a little. Both have a similar initial flavor that I would describe as that semi-sweet caramel/molasses reminescent of Boba's. Not an expected initial flavor. The Toasted Tobacco flavor has little initial tobacco taste but surprising has a smoke aftertaste - not unpleasant but definitely like an analog. Weird, haven't experienced THAT before, not bad if you would like that in an e-smoke.
Perhaps after another week I can temper my rant. The marshmallow, however, has no redemption at this point(!)
BTW - I use 1) JoyeTech eGo batt with a 1.7 Resurrector and 2) Old Goat Mod 3.7 bottomfeeder with a 1.5 atty

Hopefully with another week those flavors will come out more. You seem to be using a good set up. Yeah the marshmallow was almost not there for me as well. But I suspect with just a wee bit more steeping the other ones will come out. I think I heard good things about hazelnut. Come back and let us know, ok?

I would describe tvr juices as more subtle juices. I can see why there is a double shot option. But I do think they are quality juices, they just aren't super strong flavors, which is good, if you are vaping a lot of really strong flavors it can be sickening sometimes lol. You need some subtle ones too. You should check out the tvr subforum here for flavor recommendations.

I would have to agree TVR flavors are a little subtle if you like strong flavors, which I do. I do agree that they do get a little stronger after steeping which is what I found I have to do with them and they get better but still a little light. I really like both of there RY4's with a little of their caramel added. Makes a perfect tobacco flavor for me. I like my tobacco to be light in flavor and on the sweet side so it ends up just Perfect. Their cotton candy I find is another great one to add to other juices to make them a bit sweeter. I really want to try their butterscotch while it's one of their flavor of the week but I'm afraid it won't be a strong enough butterscotch flavor. Especially after Loveridden said it's a little light. They do taste like high quailty juices though I just like Heavy flavor it seems.

Add a flavor shot

My 555 menthol has really become amazing with about 2 weeks of steeping. Sadly it is nearly gone.

Flavor is so subjective, and add in different attys, different hardware, etc., and it's amazing any of us agree on anything!

I read a post raving about The Vapor Room's Vanilla Custard juice. I ordered a bottle, and about a week later, ordered ANOTHER bottle of Vanilla Custard! I really love it!

I have SO much juice, that I keep telling myself until I've used up some of my supply, I'm not ordering any more.

I still ordered more Vanilla Custard, when I ran out. It, and Halo's Tribeca are my "all day" juice. There are plenty of juices I like for a few minutes, but only a very few that I'd vap all day.

Vanilla Custard, from Vapor Room, is one of 'em.
