Provape has got to get in the VW game sooner or later. Everyone says VV and VW are the same thing, but anything I put on my Vamo fires at the wattage it's set at, (and yes, electricity is measured in volts too) by doing the math for me. We're Americans, we are lazy. We take shortcuts. We buy unhealthy McBurgers while sitting in our cars instead of cooking real food for our children. I'm waiting on buying a Provari until they upgrade to have that feature.

I expect to banned for having said said this. The Provariratti are already tapping my phone and stalking my house. But I'm not the only one who feels this way. And I have a feeling no one will boycott Provari after they finally add VW, btw.

The OP's mod is cool, and great little project. I'm interested in following it, unless I get banned.

For GOD's sakes people. It is The ProVarinati! Cut up the Provari if you must. Take out the wonderful supremely reliable, accurate VV chip and replace it with this VW abomination, I will silently watch and not say a word. Call this a Provari when it has no Provari soul left in it, fine.

But I gotta draw the line at butchering the name of our secret society. Just today I have seen the terms "Provini", "Provarivani", and now this sick mutation of "Provariratti". It is The ProVarinati!

I don't think anyone with a ProVari is "slumming" and don't think less of people who have them. It's that Provape needs to give it an update considering all the cool stuff others out there are doing. The ProVari is the iPhone of the e-cig mod market. They update slow, but their updates are well done. It doesn't make sense to buy one at this point in time.

If Provape's next update is another facelift with maybe different swirlies on it, then I will go off on them. If the next update comes out with more than one button and a few more bells and whistles, I might consider buying a Provari.

Now, the OP's mod project is in a ProVari tube, which makes it all that much cooler. He can call it his modded ProVari unless he plans to sell them on the open market. He bought the PV and he can do what he likes with it. And so far, what he's done is pretty cool.

Extra button and extra bells and whistles= less reliability. I think youre missing the true beauty of the device and/or have never held one or tested it out for any length of time.

If you want bells and whistles buy an evic.

No Evic for me. It's simple math, the Provari does not have the features I need to get me to shell out that much money. I'm not against you.

Not a Provari.

Nope. It's a great mod... fantastic even, considering the case used was a Provari. But it's not a Provari anymore.

If I bought something with the name "Provari" on it, I'd expect it to be made by Provape with their quality. If I bought this with the name "Provari" on it, I'd have a great device but feel like it was piggybacking another company's reputation.

Also not trying to rain on the parade, but it needs a new name. It's a new device. I and probably many others really did follow this link thinking Provape did this until we read the post.
