So what is the best way to contact the customer service. My XL, only 3 days old died on me I think. I have tried two different atomizers, a new cartomizer, and two different batteries both fully charged. I get nothing when I press the switch, and yes it is in the "on" position. The most frustrating thing is I am out and about for a few errands, and I do not have anything else with me.

When I had a problem I loged in my acount and made a ticket or you can call them

Zag, I don't think any vendor can change a Credit Card charge once it goes through. It's asking a lot, because it wreaks havoc with the accounting, but if there's still time, maybe suggest what you'd humbly request in place of the cash discount, like some extra parts.
I would be pleased with that. We will see what they say. I don't expect to hear from them until tuesday.

What are you seeing as being wrong?
There isn't much to break in the XL.
Did it short out and fry the spring?

I doubt if you will get any CS until tomorrow.

Question... is it normal for the Vapage atty that came with the kit to be a tighter draw than the silo carto?

I've mentioned a few times that I'm an atty virgin, so I don't really know what to expect from them. I've been switching back and forth between the atty and the carto and the atty seems to be a much tighter draw. If that's normal, is that the case for all atties?

I'm kind of concerned because I ordered a bunch of various atomizers before I realized I preferred the vape I get from the silo cartomizer to the atomizer. I guess I can always sell or PIF them if I don't like them, but maybe the Vapage atomizer is just tighter than others or I got a dud? Or maybe I'm just a cartomizer type of girl and atties won't do it for me.

Oh, I ordered um... a couple of different ohms of 306's and 510's from Vapor Kings. I got the 10 pack of 306's there and now I'm thinking, "Aack! What if I hate them?!?"

I've found that the vapage one is a tighter draw. The Joyes have an easier draw and a better throat hit IMO. I tried 306s a while back and was not a fan, haven't tried them recently, though. My main criteria is throat hit, though, so that's why I like 510s and 36mg juice.

OK, gotta question here:laugh: Has anyone noticed the you can have an adjustable draw that will change flavor:) Or is it just something with the adapter and 901's?? Here's what I mean, I can tighten the atty, then keep backing it off till I get the flavor I want:thumb: Airflow play's a huge role in flavor, and I'm loving this find:banana: And actually I have about 1 and a half full turns to play with!!!! I LOVE IT:w00t:

Question for u vmod experts, any of u guys have a lea? Do u feel the vmod is way to airy with boge cartos? I get a better hit on my lea w/boge vs vmod w/boge. Whether its with the boge or hybrid on vmod it seems the vapor is not warm enough or too airy.... 7

A tip for new VMmod users.

The "switch", being just plated spring metal on plated parts, can develop a bit of "internal resistance". Just rotating the plunger back and forth, "locked - unlocked", clears some of the junk off the contact areas.

Then if you have a contact-cleaner/anti-oxidant and clean the battery's terminals, the contact area on the bottom spring and the whole plunger/spring top area, it can make a big difference, like picking up a quarter volt.

And since the positive pin in the well isn't spring-mounted, the positive terminal on the atty/carto gets pushed in when you screw it down. Then it can stop firing, or fire but with some power lost across the contact. You get a better connection if you occasionally pull the atty's contact out a hair. If you don't twist it or pull it out far, the wires give you some slack and nothing's damaged.

I've gotta a question do you guys find it a really tight pull on the XL? My wife and I each got a XL in the mail last week. I havent used mine yet but, my wife has been loving hers the last few days. But earlier I let her hit my REO and she said she wished the pull was as easy on the XL as it was on my REO. So I took a pull off her XL and this thing is tight it hits great but the pull is really tight. I took it apart and tried different things but it still has a tight pull. Shes using a Lr 1.5 Joye 510. Any suggestions as to a fix or is it just the nature of the beast with this feed system? Thanks

Also on a side note I tried it with the Atty that came with it and that thing was so tight it was ridiculous pretty much useless I felt. But I drilled out one of the side holes to 1/8" and now that one hits as good as the Joye. So for any of you having troubles with it or dont like it maybe try drilling it.
