Agreed. It's NOT as bad. I have a powerful microscope here at home. This may sound gross, but I have analyzed phlegm from when I stopped smoking 5 months ago. The black tar is less and less. Almost gone now. I breathe better, and can sing again. Laugh again, without choking. It probably sounds disgusting, but I wanted to do my own research.

I have a 1200 power microscope but not thinking about looking at my phlegm...
