So I made up a Tribeca clone yesterday as it is one of my favorites. Decided to rewick my Serpent mini (little tanks are great for sampling, but decided to replace the coil as well. Went with a 26G 316L came in at 0.5 ohm. My first single coil subohm build! Not that it matters with temp control. 26G was WAY easier to get on the Serpent mini deck. The 28G I used previously was a nightmare to get trapped properly with those screws, but this one was a simple place and tighten, way less aggravating.

I got the recipe off the TFA thread, and it is really close to Tribeca, so I'm a happy camper. It's a tiny bit sweet, but I think I can fix that in the next round. Between RTAs and DIY juice, my expenses are virtually zero compared to before. And if I could only stop buying new mods and tanks, I would be way ahead. But I know that's not happening.

Jup I had absolutely no money for at least 5 months, but I quite happily vaped away with all my stuff to make juice, and build coils. I didn't NEED nuttin! Aint it great.

I saw that and just can't see it as anything other than a novelty. Adding the pump means more things to go wrong. Also it will only work with that atty, or others made specifically for it. I don't see how it improves on squonking in any way.
