I'll have to try me a Radiator coil the next time I rebuild the Merlin.

I had just put a dual 8 wrap 22g build in the Velocity Mini and want to try out a single Radiator first. One thing I am really impressed with though, is the HOHM Wrecker G2's ability to TC Kanthal. It's one of those things that makes you smile when it kicks in and drops the power below 10W. The first few times I had to take the top cap off the VMini and check the wicks, they were bone dry.

Any idea how they are doing it with Kanthal @Boden?

I'm with ya. I always pop in, just to look. Wonderful stuff (to look at).

I did buy ONE thing there, but not one of their "boutique" mods (no-no-NO!). It was my very first Xvo, as I waited (in great frustration) for the ones we ordered to actually make their way to us. It served me VERY well, and just recently made a trip across the Pacific to awaiting hands in the land called Oz.

It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't "Norbert" either.

Ironically, and as it turns out, it ALSO has a "For show only" USB port. As do the two that I currently own, as do the two that Kat currently owns...

Based on Norbert's presentation, Mini was ahead of their time.

Serpent is a very nice RTA. Juice flow control. Nice airflow. Restricted DL. I use mine a lot. You can also close off the air to a decent MTL as well. Can't speak for the V5. I haven't got around to buying one yet. I'm sure Boden will give you an honest answer.

I would get a KFv5 clone before a Serpent. Don't like that the glass in the full size Serpent is not replaceable.

I was just saying that the Merlin isn't really a flavor tank. It's great for people with dexterity problems but that chamber is too big and asymmetric.

Whatever build I put in it tastes basically the same. Some hotter some cooler but the flavor is always meh.

I haven't looked as of yet, Focal takes forever to get here where 3F & FT are 8-10 days.

I dont have any KF V5s but the Tobecco and SXKs would be the ones I would grab.. I actually was searching for them yesterday myself lol

I have the SJMY SQuape X dream and it works perfectly, also well made. It would be nice to compare it to the SXK but I don't need another SQX.

3F has the Liefeng KF5 as well on 24 hour ship.
