But this thread has made the grade to now be followed (like I needed another to take more time from my philanthropic vaping) I can't help but notice it's a pretty swell gang here! Some forumers I have known since I found ECF, and some I have just recently become acquainted with. Some I respect, some I envy, some I think are just plain cool an some I just snicker at. :p

So, considering how many things we have determined to be tobacco products, this just occurred to me. Using "tobacco products" (the way that is currently defined) could be construed to mean that you become a tobacco product yourself. After all, you put nicotine into your blood stream, so your blood becomes a nicotine containing liquid, and thus a tobacco product.

Thus any children conceived after you start using "tobacco products" would themselves be tobacco products, making you not only a tobacco product, but also a tobacco manufacturer.

Would offspring be a product or a byproduct? Inquiring minds question this stuff :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Chopdoc, BAAAAAD! You're gonna give our Rixy a complex! ;)

Rich and I were talking about this over breakfast, and being the dramatic sort I am, I figured since they're obviously saying anything TOUCHING anything else that may or may not be made from tobacco (you know that goes in a circle...), the tank I'm using is touching nic liquid, so it's a tobacco product, the tank is touching the mod, so it is, too, and then there's the table, the floor, the whole house, the land it's sitting on, which touches the land next to it and next to it to the ocean, which is touching other continents, everything is touching the air, the air is touching "space," and dark matter and photons touch everything in the Universe, SO TECHNICALLY, the FDA wants to regulate and control not just the whole world, but the whole Universe. And then we said, "Yup, that's about the size of it." So Robert, you won't even be safe on Beta Triangulus (I think I screwed that up), because your home planet has now been deemed a tobacco product. o_O

Edit: Sorry, Beta Triangula 6 :)

I hate to be the bearer or bad news here but the FDA determined that Cromwells space ship resembles a tobacco seed pod and therefore falls under the FDA regulatory jurisdiction. Robert must submit his space ship for testing and joyrides. The good news is the FDA claims it shouldnt cost him more than 70 or 80 trillion in fees to get his ship back eventually.
They better not mess with my ride. It is certified for hostile systems.
