In a world run by corporations and conglomerates, it's refreshing to see a business run by real people that care. I stumbled across Welcome to Hit Liquid because of a great sale they were running. I was leery thinking that this is just a big import company, where customers are just numbers on a screen. But then I shop at Wal-Mart because that's where I can afford more stuff...
Well I'm happy to say I was WRONG.
I emailed about a problem with a product. Of course, I expected to wait a week just to get a form letter saying "Sorry you were not pleased...Can we sell you more stuff?" and maybe get a small discount on the next order. But in just over a day...ON A WEEKEND...Kristin told me that the product would be replaced and even gave me some tips about using it.
This kind of customer service on top of the fact that I had the original order in my hands in less than a week will have me coming back again and again.
