the only my dil has is old and plain......and she don't wanna get a regular coffee pot or upgrade the keurig. The one my adopted daughter has makes great coffee and makes big mugs, but dunno if you can use the refillable pods with it or not.......can ya and which one do you have?

I have the Keurig 2.0. No the new one doesn't let you use the refillable pods anymore!

I have some cheap $15 coffee pot but it works great I do love the fresh taste of the Keurig though. But I drink too much for it. Coffee that is.

Have you ever had fresh coffee? I mean, like the beans were only roasted a couple days ago, then ground just before brewing? Keurig coffee is NOT fresh tasting. Even with your own coffee it makes a barely passable cup. The pods don't even come close to being decent coffee. Your taste buds need replaced. But I still love ya, even if you don't know what good coffee tastes like.

Unfortunately I've been too busy to get to my bean supplier, and too cheap to buy 'em online and consequently have shipping charges, but I actually buy green coffee beans from an importer and roast 'em myself when I can. They need a couple days to "rest" after roasting, but then a good grinder and a French Press and it is the most amazing coffee.
Of course I'm also too lazy to do French Press coffee during the week, I want my coffee now when I get up for work, not 5 minutes from now.
