Yup yup yup... which makes everything associated with it suspect (like Joules, speed, etc.).
An increment we created to measure the movement of a mass through a distance, so if either of those does not exist (e.g., you are floating in a space with no visible objects and therefore cannot measure a distance), then time also does not exist because you are going nowhere fast... or slow... or not at all. :)

Time is the inverse of gravity. That far from mass you would age very quickly.

Time is based on motion it seems. So if All motion in the universe stopped so would time?

I contend there is no such thing as gravity, but the universe is held together by the electromagnetic force between atoms (the more atoms, the more attraction, but you'd actually have to count the electrons and/or - gawd forbid - the positrons). ;)

Or not at all, but you would never know it because you'd have nothing to compare yourself to. And until someone can prove that (like anyone will ever locate such a condition in which to perform the experiment), I choose not to believe it regardless of the genius' hypothesis.

Theoretically. But if all of the current motion stopped, other motion would take its place (e.g., all the planets fall into their star because the lack of centrifugal force caused their orbits to decay rapidly) until such point that the entire universe became one huge mass, at which point we'd probably experience another Big Bang... but none of us would be here to witness said event and, without pictures, it didn't happen. :D

Believe; it's a funny word. :)

Atoms are a tiny tiny part of this

Look much deeper than electron scale and vastly larger than a universe. Think in scales that make the distance since the "bang" seem like a tiny fraction.

Follow fractal logic through the rabbit hole.

Fractal is a funny word as well.

I did say all motion down to particles. If all motion stopped so would gravity I expect.

There is no randomness or chaos if one just fully understands all the interactions in the universe.

But, but, but CHAOS Theory! It's in the name! Are you saying Chaos Theory isn't actually about chaos? What am I supposed to do with all those butterflies I ordered when they get here and start flapping their wings? I was counting on them creating chaos.

If you stop motion down to waves everything ceases to exist.

Yes but that would be a terrible waste of effort. Randomness is what makes existence fun. Ever start a reaction just to see what would happen?
