I'm a new member of the forum--though I've been lurking and vaping for a while. I have ordered various supplies from several different vendors and have had good experiences so far. However, I wanted to pass along my recent experience ordering from themadvaper.
I took advantage of the recent sale at themadvaper, and reverendg took great care of me from answering my questions and staying in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. I must have emailed nearly a dozen times and always received a reply within minutes.
Here's the amazing part. . . I placed my order for a DSE 905 Saturday afternoon, and can you believe, I received it on MONDAY!! I did choose priority shipping, but come on, that's still amazing.
I just thought I'd pass it along in case anyone was thinking of ordering and wondered what type of customer service to expect.
