Hi! I have been ordering from Thera for a long time now and they have never let me down....until now. I recently placed 2 orders with them, 1 is estimated to arrive in 3-5 days and the 2nd one is estimated to arrive in 1-2 days. It has been 9 days since the 1st order and 3 days since the 2nd order and neither has arrive. Thera has always been very prompt with their deliveries and thats the reason why i chose them instead of SGJ 9Though SGJ juices is better)...All emails and questions via the website went unanswered. Getting worried here cos the amount paid is quite a lot.

After i paid for my item, the website was suddenly show Kampongshop.com will be closed till further notice for site maintenance. All pre-orders have been refunded. I don't know whether its going to be another Thera...
Damn...ran out of liquid already. resorted to taking old bottles and siphoning liquid remains from them. really dont wanna be smoking again but looks like have no choice. while waiting for sgjuice to deliver. can cancel my order from thera? my orders adds up to 230 dollars!

Relax guys, I too have ordered from TL when I started off ...Really liked their service since then...I might not know what happened to them but I hope that nothing bad has happened to them...I think you can claim back your money from TL thru PP..

Seems i might have to go to VW for ejuices. their are very prompt in their delivery..ordered and received items in my letterbox withing 2days...though they have limited flavours but gotta make do with them with sgj and thera down...
Bro, Can u pm me what VW is? Ordered from TL 2 weeks ago but the goods the got delivered. What can I do at this point?
