I still can't put down the cigarettes. I know, I know, I got like half my family now telling me to quit and vape like they do, but I can't do it. The tobaccos aren't bad.. but I don't want something sweet. They need more richness, but not like caramel. What tastes kind of like a cigarette still?

First and most importantly: Don't pressure yourself and don't let others pressure you. vaping has already let you cut down, so you're already ahead of the game and you should be proud of that fact. What's keeping you from getting rid of the analogs entirely could be a number of things: Your juice isn't strong enough; doesn't taste as good as you'd like or have a flavour you're crazy about; doesn't produce enough vapor or throat hit; your PV, carto or atty isn't putting out a warm enough vape; or it could just be lingering fear of giving up cigarettes.

It sounds like right now, at least in part if not entirely, you need a better tasting tobacco flavour. I would suggest trying something from Johnson Creek or Vaperite. Both specialize in tobacco juices, and I know that Todd at Vaperite at least comes highly recommended. I haven't tried his tobacco flavours (I'm not really a tobacco kind of buy) but I do know his juices are excellent and all hand-crafted, in many cases using his own extracts.

I did this just a week into vaping and couldnt stand the taste or smell of it. I was like wow i feel sorry for the girls who kissed me when i was a smoker. They had to taste that also more or less.

Yeah, I felt the same way with my first week experiment. Hated the taste, hated the smell (although I still like the smell of freshly burned tobacco -- just not the deathly ash tray smell from smoking them) and realized with growing horror that this is what I smelled like all the time.

My husband is still a smoker, and it is so hard to kiss him sometimes. Such a nasty, bitter taste!

I can say that I haven't smoked in over a year (thanks to the e-cig) and haven't vaped regularly for about 10 months. However, lately I've been craving...E-cigs. Not cigarettes, not smoking, not inhaling disgusting smoke into my lungs...but I am seriously craving a nice, tasty vape.

So I'm getting back into the game. I just always figured that I'd crave cigarettes, not e-cigs, but it's funny...after knowing how wonderful those fluffy clouds of vapor taste, it truly does make going back to cigarettes a disgusting prospect for me. Why would I want to suck on nasty smoke when I can vape any flavor I'd like?

I truly do believe that vaping is the future of 'smoking'. Slowly but surely, all smokers will see how much better--truly better--vaping is. ;-)
