We definately do understand the inconvenience, however any website you place an order on has a confirmation page. This is so you can double check to make sure everything in the cart is correct and to make sure your total is correct before you hit submit. If you do not double check the order before you continue checking out, I am having trouble figuring out how that is a problem with our cart. Unfortunately we do use a third party secure pay site that does not give us access to customer card information.This is for customer safety, and because of this we cannot refund partial orders, we can only cancel full orders, or refund duplicate charges.
Since we did understand that this order was placed in error we did what we could for you, which is issuing a store credit. If you have been ordering with us for awhile, which we can see from your order history you have I am not sure where the problem is. You would have been placing another order in the future for more supplies, since you seem to be fairly regular, the coupon code would discount the amount from this order that you didnt want from your next order.
I understand that you feel that you would be paying the shipping twice for one order, but if we had the ability to refund the partial amount, wouldnt you be paying shipping on your next order anyways?
I am not meaning to sound rude at all, however we have done everything that we have the ability too at this point and again we do understand your frustration, but asking us to bend even farther than we already have when the error was not on our end is a little far fetched. We are still more than willing to work with you as much as we can within our means.
