I believe it's now against the law to sell real cigarettes (analog) through the mail.
But no problem with e-cigarettes.
If I were you , when they ask you what you sell, especially on an application form, I would try to not use the word cigarette. Call it
vaping supplies, or something like that. This could avoid any bad reaction from someone who doesn't understand what you're selling. If someone pins you down in person or on the phone, you could just say that some call them e-cigarettes, but they have nothing to do with smoking.
