Thinking about setting up my own site, where would I get credit card processing for ecigs?

I believe it's now against the law to sell real cigarettes (analog) through the mail.
But no problem with e-cigarettes.
If I were you , when they ask you what you sell, especially on an application form, I would try to not use the word cigarette. Call it vaping supplies, or something like that. This could avoid any bad reaction from someone who doesn't understand what you're selling. If someone pins you down in person or on the phone, you could just say that some call them e-cigarettes, but they have nothing to do with smoking.

Thank you for your advice, I have been seeking 3rd party processors with no luck. I will try my bank today and see how that goes.

I will look into dwolla.com. I have been trying to get processing honestly, have yet to try saying general electronics, I will try that too. Thanks! Also RBC and NC Credit Union denies ecig vendors as well as ccnetpay.com, gspay.com, and instabill.com.
