IMO - I love the manual switch. Didn't really realize it until today, tho. I had to take my 901 instead of my 510 b/c it had to be in my pocket, and with every draw I nearly coughed my head off. The 901 will be dang near perfect with the manual battery.

I get about 2 good hours from my 510 battery when I am consistently vaping. :D Longer when I leave it alone every once in awhile. ;) I need one of the PCCs so I don't have to worry about being near the outlet. lol

Disclaimer: All of the aforementioned are a result of my experiences with the 901 & 510. Your experiences will vary. :D.

Ok so how long does it take to charge one of the batts....or should I say with heavy pulls (I draw heavy too) how long will a standard 510 batt last (approximately?)

You know, I really haven't paid much attention to the charging time, probably because I've got so many batteries in the rotation. Someone who is more observant will be able to help with that, I'm sure.

As for how long it lasts, well, I find I get 1 to 1.5 hours on a battery. For folks who are more judicious in using the switch and who aren't quite such heavy vapers, they'll see anywhere from 2.5 hours on up.

the manual 801 i got from eastmall wasn't sealed and i plugged it up myself with no problems. I just got by manual 510, i've been using a manual 801 for about a month and a 901 as well. I have to say, i prefer the 510. If seems to have much better throat hit and vapor than the 801. The 801 is nice, but for me the 510 won out. The throat hit is much better and the size is nice for me as well. I do wish the batteries lasted longer, but it's not the worst thing in the world (for me).

i've never seen the 801 or 901 manuals at eastmall.. YOU MUST BE REFERRING TO THE PASSTHRU.

Eastmall does indeed have an 801 manual kit.

However, for the same price, you should really consider getting the Janty Stick from JantyUSA. Battery life is much better, battery is separated from the atomizer (There's debate on whether or not it is "sealed"). Also, looks and feels better in your hand and lungs. As a bonus, they ship from Texas, not China so shipping times are MUCH faster. They recently caught up with demand and have them in stock from what I hear.

BTW, after going manual, you'll never want an automatic again in my opinion.
