5c, I haven't talked to Mike in the past week or so, the beta testers know as much as I do.
As usually happens when I've reached my sanity limit at home...I had an awesome surprise when I got up this morning. Katie let me sleep in, and I never even heard her running the snow blower! Yup, driveway and walks already done, so there was only the gravel and the stoop overhang that still needed snow removal. It turned out to be less than I thought last night, only about 4" of light, easy to shovel snow. Katie is feeling better, was able to eat breakfast and lunch, and said she enjoyed getting outside and doing a little work

Morning all
Chase miss judged his jump off the bed this morning and did a body slam onto the hardwood floor. Watching him closely to make sure he isn't hurt. He's not limping any, nor does he seem to recoil in pain when I gently press his ribs so that's good. He's not his usual chipper self, but he's curled up in Gramma Katie's chair with her.

Chase seems to be back to normal. The hard landing on his side must have knocked the wind out of him, but he seems no worse for the wear. He's stalking the chicken I have cooking

Trying my dang best to keep the pipes from freezing here at home....The beach has some exposed due to repairs...I'll have my fingers crossed when I throw pressure back on them...There is no temperature even remotely acceptable in the 7 day....I hate winter....

Let's see, for the next week we'll get one day in the 20s, otherwise no higher than the mid-teens, nights typically around 0, plus off and on snow and wind. I think the January thaw has departed
Pipes are a PITA. When re-plumbing camp I added multiple low spot drain points, hopefully enough to clear things well. I'm too lazy to do the high-pressure air bit to blow all the water out.
Work is way busy right now, a good thing.
