I should have figured this out sooner. i am a happy vaper now, but i must admit i dont feel like ive quit smoking at all. its a bit odd, pretty much everything i loved about smoking is satisfied by proper vaping gear. In addition to the fun of the hobby itself. Im having my cake, im eating it. and i could be vaping it as well if i were so inclined. which im not. Because i dont care for those types of flavors. nonetheless though.
just pretty much still in "wow" mode. pretty cool.

Welcome to ECF, Joshonemoore. I know what you mean. I felt the same way when my daughter told me how proud she was that I quit smoking. It was too easy and too satisfying to feel like I'd given anything up.

Welcome and congratulations. You have switched to a more satisfying and less harmful habit which is a good thing.
Enjoy the vape.

And people wonder why vaping has been so successful at getting people of the smokes.

I'm at my two month mark of vaping. Immediately went from 5 packs a week to 1 and have been smoke free a little over a week.

Congrats and welcome to the "dark side". I'm sure we have cookie flavored liquid somewhere. :w00t:

Congrats on your accomplishment!

The 'cheating' feeling you have will be quelled if the shinyitis bugs affects you!

um...yea, about that...its gonna be awhile before my gear pays for itself. might be a little too "enthusiastic" out of the gate. But i love it. I havent had a cigarette since I bought my (first) mod. a week ago. I already have a kanger mega. nautilus. nautilus mini. two deltas, an eVic Supreme, and an eLeaf 50W in the mail. first week so...yea.

It is weird to start with. Every day that goes by, you'll get more used to it. When I started 2 years ago, vaping wasn't as 'normal' as it is now, so I had sneaky 'vapes' when people weren't looking and got really excited when I saw somebody else with a cigalike!

Now, 2 years on, I have a box full of various vape gear, a list of websites in my favourites for all my supplies, no asthma, no smelly car, much healthier lungs and I have no idea how much a packet of fags is.

Welcome to a world of wonder, gadgets and amazing flavours! Keep up the good work, every day vaping is another day living

Good deal! I've been off/on it for a couple of years and finally found a setup that I really like. It'll still dry fire on me which seems to not be common on the Crown tank and I can't figure it out for the life of me, but when she fires good, it hits like a freight train! Heck, a few buddies last weekend started calling me "Fog" because of it at the bar! LOL
