Actually I think THIS is the item he's talking about--it's a Luer-lock adapter for syringes that screws onto cartos...

ya prolly much better, don't even use cart's anymore. since it was a close up just trying to give em an idea of the whole thing as he was just showing a cart adapter, the MFS is def better as you can use it on clearo's and everything.
