Make sure you wash with running HOT water and leave them for a few days in alcohol... There are two more that are still going, so the timer is still on.

BLECHHH! Why would you use the same coil for that long? Just to see how long they last? I change mine after every 30 ml bottle of juice and that is probably pushing it. Just because the coil lasts don't mean you should be using it that long.

As long as the flavor isn't off, I keep on using them. It's ceramic, doesn't retain smells or flavors. No turkey bacon carto flavor.

Thats just plain nasty and unsafe, at $ 9.95 for 5 coils, why chance it?

Because I don't live in America or shop there. Heads are awfully expensive.

Hey! If you think this is unsafe you shouldn't be vaping in the first place. It's easy to tell when a head is off. First, dry hits are the first indication, then flooding, then bad taste. It's a test of how far they'll go. Vapeonly heads go for much longer, sometimes as long as 6 months, while eleaf heads for Vapeonly barely a few days. Remember, not everyone lives and earns as you do.

Or... what do you think we did with non rebuildable attys? And I know of a few HH .357 that have been going for at least a year...

Juice, coil temp are variables. I have experimentally soaked mine with a 48 hour air-dry. They didn't have the old flavor, but, vapor production was off a bit. Maybe I should try different solutions.

I only use them for 30ml juices currently. If I know I am only going to do a 15ml or less bottle, I use a rebuildable.

I haven't tried soaking them myself. I think that's about how much juice I get on mine too.

Haven't moved up to rebuildables yet.

What kind of juice are you vaping?

I get about 10 days out of mine.

Pretty basic Liqua and Dekang (yes, still exists!) with 20% VG added. That should be around 60PG/40VG.

Heads do wear out as you go, flavor mutes sensibly, but I'm a bit of a taste blind person. Right now I'm vaping on it, entering its 5th month. Rotation is the key. Vape some 10 ml and then wash and soak. I keep 3 in rotation for each clearo, so some heads can be up to 1 week in alcohol.

I know of a few HH .357 that have been going for at least a year...

I have a joyetech type A coil going for 4 months now. I used to have cisco atties (both the HH357 and the 306s) going for about the same amount of time.
properly cared for, of course. Vaped with light color juice or unflavored, rinsed and put up at night moistened with VG. :) NEVER DRY BURNED.

I think I have a vapage atomizer for 6 months once. :) again, properly vaped and cared for.
