Help if you can. I'm vaping a DSE 901 which up until yesterday, I was having no problems. Now, I can't taste anything. I was alternating with two atomizers. Both quit emitting flavor, even though the vapor was good on both. So I'm cleaning those. I switched over to another atomizer and the same thing. Good vapor, no flavor. I've switched to different flavors, different brands of juice..nothing. I don't think it's my taste buds because I ate a butterscotch candy and it tasted fine.

Any idea what the heck is going on?

vaping is different from eating and your taste buds will react differently. You can try eating a small bit of crusty bread or brushing your tongue to see if that helps. You should also make sure that you're drinking plenty of water. If you haven't been vaping very long , it could also be that your taste buds and sense of smell are still recovering. Having a runny or stuffy nose can also affect the taste when you're vaping.

That definitely happens to me sometimes. Usually I need to clean my atomizer or replace the (clogged) carto I was using.

Sometimes, however, it IS my taste buds and it always happens at night. I'll get tons of vapor, very little flavor. I used to try swapping everything but I just couldnt taste the juice. I'll give up and have to wait to the morning to get the taste back.

You could also try some water with a bit of lemon in it...change the pH inside your mouth. I was having that problem and another member suggested that to me and it made a good bit of difference. Not a lot of lemon....just like 6 drops in a glass of water should do it. You could also use lime or whatever.
