Recently I placed my first order with Liquidxpress and rec'd it yesterday. This morning I call a call from Rob at Liquidxpress. He wanted to make sure I got it ok and to know if I had any questions or concerns. I got to tell you I was blown away. I've ordered a lot of stuff from a lot of different suppliers and never have I rec'd a call from any of them, not that I was expecting one. He said he tries very hard to call his 1st time customers on Sat morning and touch base with them. This is customer service taken above and beyond. I am most impressed.
