I had an issue recently with an order that I was shipped. The details of it are not the important part. Let's just say it was human error. I submitted a ticket about the order and they responded promptly and took care of it. Mistakes happen no matter what size of the company, but how you handle the issue makes all the difference. Kudos to you AltSmoke for great customer service.

I agree 100% My first order came, I anxiously went through, testing each product, (everything was perfect) only to realize a hour later that one of the things that I had ordered was missing. I submitted a ticket, a half hour later I received an order shipment e-mail, followed shortly by a personal apology email. What more could you ask for? As stated, anyone can make a over-site!!!
