Recently i decided to Purchase the GV Phoenix BC Clearomizer. I realized after they arrived at my house that i had bought the 510s instead of the 808s although i have an 808 Kanger V-GO. No big deal as i had an adapter which worked just fine. Im realizing i really LOVE these. Awesome Vapor production, good taste and little to no dry hits as long as u fill it correctly. So yeah i was pleasantly surprised and i would like to order more. Here is my silly question....

Will the 808s work just as well??? Now that i have the 510s im leery about going to the 808s in fear that they wont work as well. Ive never really had any 808 issues but i dont wanna waste my money or clearos that are not going to give me the same experience im having now. This is probably a silly question...but im about 2 months into vaping, and have spent quite a bit of money so far. I LOVE my V-GO and i also have an ITaste VV2 that i just purchased from GV. Any suggestions?? Should i just go with the 808s this time or should i stick with what i know and get more 510s? Any info would help this vaping Noob. lol

Shouldn't be a problem BUT sometimes when using adapters the airflow is increased but I don't own an 808 so can't honestly tell you. Here's a HUGE thread discussing 808 and clearos:

I would think the 510's and 808's are going to be identical internally, just different connectors. But if you're happy with it, and it sounds like you are, stick with it. Buy another adapter so you have a spare.

Yeah, performance will be identical, just different connectors. But the important thing here is that you have what you prefer. How do you like the iTaste? They look intriguing..

as far as thew ITaste PitBoss, i unfortunately have to send mine back to GV because of a charging issue. Dont know whether its the flimsy charging cord or the battery itself so it will be checked by Chris ASAP. From the 1 afternoon i did use it, i did like it. Fairly easy to use and i like the magnetic adapters. Its a bit bigger than what im used to so for bringing it to work, i wont be doing that. Plus the cap wont fit with asnything but the tank system which is a pain. Its definitely a nice looking device and my first try with a VV. Mine came with the tidy carts...not sure how i feel about them yet. Vapor production is so-so. And they are very small. Holding less than 1ml of juice.

If you are using the 510 with an adapter, you may get a different amount of airflow if you go directly to an 808 without an adapter. Not sure if it is even noticable but there may be a small difference.

Yep if I use an adapter on my Don airflow is restricted yet if I use an adapter on my Kgo it results in better airflow.
