Those who turned up for the NEES meeting in Sunderland, have been comandeered as Committee Members for Vapefest UK..
So the poor souls who are now involved are:-
Raffles
As the majority of donations will be brought along on the day, its going to be impossible for us to organise anything other than the following.
We have decided to run three Raffles during the day, along with a Tombola.
The Raffles will be drawn at
TOMBOLA
There will be a Tombola Tub, this will contain, various tickets all of which will represent a prize, some will be worth a lot of money, others only worth a small amount, so you pay your money......you take your chance.
NOTE:-If insufficient donations arrive on the day, the Tombola will be cancelled and all donations will be included in the three raffles.
We have confirmation that a Woody from fonosmoak has kindly been donated by the maker, and .. its a one off !
Also, its possible that a GGTS will be among the prizes on the day.
Raffle Tickets, will be £3.00 per strip or two strips for £5.00 ( I originally put £2.00 a strip here, sorry, my typing error)
Tombola will be £5 per ticket.
I am sorry but we have decided that winning tickets must be presented for prizes during the event.
This means, those who have asked to buy Raffle tickets, and not attend Vapefest, can no longer do so.

This event should be commencing around 2pm subject to confirmation by those participating.
SIGNING IN
For Health & Safety reasons EVERYONE attending, will have to sign in at the door, full names please.
The Venue will supply Bar Meals, but these must be ordered in advance, so I suggest you order your lunch or evening meal on arrival.

The Plough is limited in accommodation, which may now be fully booked, however their staff recommend The Hollies, which is just the other end of the car park, so right on the doorstep. 01827 283550.
The organisers are staying from Friday 22nd October through to Sunday 24th, although the Vapefest event will take place on the Saturday, 23rd 10am till 5pm in the Function Room.
We are hoping to put on our own entertainment in the evening - further on that as I get confirmation.
Obviously we would like to see as many vapers there as possible.
Prices are based on recovering costs incurred to date, should there be any extra monies raised, that amount will be declared and put forward for the next event.
