I was wondering what you guys thought about the Eco Pure nic... is it worth the extra money and steeping time to order this?

From what I have heard it is. I have, but have not tried yet (and it's killing me) Kona Velvet shake and Butter cream mint that I received on Saturday w/ Ecopure. I'm sure someone who has tried it will post
I ordered the Caramel Kona Milkshake. I haven't received it yet, but I will post here when I get it and let you know if I can taste the difference between the ECO and the other non-ECO flavors. That is, if someone doesn't beat me to it 
If you have a flavor you particularly like, I think it's worth giving the ECOpure version a try. I'll quote myself from the flavor reviews thread:

ECO Virgin Organic Blueberry Cheesecake e-liquid
I liked the original Organic Blueberry Cheesecake e-liquid when I bought the stock stuff (extra high nic, extra flavor). You can taste a nice balance between the cheesecake a fresh blueberries (NOT candy blueberries). The cheesecake has the filling part and the graham crust, a nice, sweet vape.
I liked it enough to order an ounce bottle, but ordered it with the ECO nic juice. Being a "special order", I knew I'd need to let it steep awhile (and believe me it was very difficult to keep out of it, but thanks to a healthy arsenal of other VV juices, I managed), so after 2 weeks I broke into and vaped it for a couple of days. Mmmmm, good, smooth, and pretty much the same as the original, only a bit smoother. I got distracted with even more VV juices, so it had the opportunity to sit on the shelf for 2 more weeks. I just broke into it again, all I can say is wow. This stuff has turned into something incredible! The blueberries came to life, the cheesecake is actually cheesecake-ier, smooth as silk. If you like the standard blueberry cheesecake AND have enough willpower (or distractions, as in my case) to let it sit a month, get some of this.

I tried the Tangerine dreamsicle in the ECOpure formula and it's very good, although the "edge" that the ECOpure took off turns out to be one of the qualities of the stock tangerine dreamsicle juice I liked, but still top shelf. It's only a couple of weeks old, my guess is that it'll get smoother. I think my next bottle will be the stock formula.
I intend on future orders of blueberry cheesecake to only be ECOpure, no question about it.
I have a bottle of ECOpure Vanilla Blackberry Swirl steeping right now, I plan on breaking into it on Christmas, it'll be about 4 weeks old by then. If this thread is still active, I'll drop a note. As others have said though, VV juices are pretty darn good in the stock formula.

Awesome! my first package comes in a few hours, and it actually consists of the Kona Caramel Milkshake and the organic blueberry cheesecake. I'm trying to stock up on flavors that I like (I have high hopes for the blueberry cheesecake) and if it's good I was planning to order more tomorrow in the ECOpure and stock up!
I really like the ECOpure for the Caramel Kona Milkshake and the Velvet Kona Milkshake. I'm not a good one to describe, the they just seem to be much smoother. I might try these two favorites in a regular blend next just to compare.
Be afraid, be very afraid...of getting addicted to it! Just a note, though, I doesn't play nicely with HV (IMO).
Generally speaking, the organic flavorings don't work well at HV, I don't think the ECOpure has anything to do with it.
Well, I tried the blueberry cheesecake... and from the reviews I've read, given it's current flavor, i believe it needs time to steep. However, because it is so currently DELICIOUS, I am puffin' tuff and have ordered another ounce of the PG/VG and an oz in the EcoPure to allow to steep until I need it.

The sample packs are only available in the 100% VG, but not the ECOpure. Annette use to custome mix all her samples too, but the work load became so excessive that she had to change to just the 12 mg VG samples. Her regular VG is one of the smoothest and purest I have ever tried, even without it being ECOpure tho, so may be worth trying.
